Designed for users of Internet Explorer 4. It shows an icon inthe taskbar status area, indicating whether IE4 is currently working in offline or online mode. Clicking on the icon toggles between online and offline mode. InkSwitch can also be configured to start Windows up in either online, offline or the default working mode.
